Information you choose to provide
The consultation form runs in your browser and prepares an email in your own email application. The website does not submit the form to, or store the answers on, a Plan Ahead Protection Group server. If you choose to send that email, the recipient will receive the name, contact information, insurance topic, preferred contact time, and message you include.
How information is used
Information you send is used to respond to your request, provide the insurance-related information or services you asked about, maintain ordinary business records, protect against misuse, and meet applicable legal or compliance obligations. Do not send Social Security numbers, Medicare numbers, financial account information, or private medical details through the form or ordinary email.
Sharing
Plan Ahead Protection Group does not sell information submitted through this website. Information may be shared with the licensed agent you contacted, service providers supporting ordinary business operations, insurers or other parties when you direct or authorize it, or when disclosure is required by law. Personal beneficiary data is not shared with another Medicare third-party marketing organization for marketing or enrollment contact without the consent required by applicable law.
